Only guests included in the original reservation are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal, and non-refundable cancellation of the reservation. Tampering with smoke detectors or triggering them due to smoking or other smoke sources will result in a $2,500 fine, immediate removal, and reservation cancellation without refund. Failure to disclose pets or pay the required fees in advance may result in additional charges of $500 or more and/or cancellation of your reservation. The primary guest must be 21 or older. Guests aged 18–20 may reserve with a one-time additional fee of $35. All other guests under 21 are welcome if accompanied by the primary guest. Street parking is not permitted, and vehicles may be towed. Trash must never be left outside the unit, including doorways, balconies, or patios, and any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine.
