The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. To be courteous to neighbors, quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in reservation cancellation and immediate departure without refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during their stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the provided bins; a $100 charge applies for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets are not allowed on the property or inside the home. If a pet is discovered, a deep cleaning fee of $500 will be charged, and guests will be required to depart immediately with no refunds. Guests must abide by all posted rules regarding the safe use of any amenities. By booking this property, guests waive any and all claims of liability against the homeowner or any property management entity affiliated with the homeowner relating to the use of these amenities, whether due to loss, damage, injury, or death. A refundable fob deposit of $100 is required prior to check-in and will be returned after checkout upon confirmation of fob return.
