worst security system

Repeated thefts have been happening in Ashford community, yet there is no noticeable improvement in security. It’s frustrating and concerning for residents who expect a safe living environment.

Management needs to take accountability and implement stronger security measures instead of ignoring ongoing issues. This situation cannot continue.

At this time, we have not received any verified reports of repeated theft… incidents within the community, which makes it difficult for us to investigate or address specific situations.
We encourage you to please contact the leasing office directly so we can gather more details about your experience. This will allow us to properly look into the matter and take any necessary action. We are always open to feedback and continuously evaluate ways to enhance community security.

poor communication

Good luck trying to get a tour or anyone to answer the phone in the leasing office. I finally got through to someone to schedule a virtual tour two weeks ahead of time and when the day/ time came no one bothered to call nor bothered to answer after me attempting to call 6 times. Disappointing and needs to do better.
The confirmation email and text the day before was pointless
