Poor Management
A prolonged outage following a building incident left multiple apartments without power for more than 15 days, making them unlivable. Avalon management is handling the situation poorly, with slow action, vague communication, constantly shifting timelines, and repeated excuses that is delaying resolution.
The Avalon office management is largely unresponsive, failing to return calls or provide meaningful updates, and is showing little interest or urgency in restoring essential services... .
Residents are left in limbo while management failed to provide timely updates or a clear plan to restore basic habitability. The lack of urgency, accountability, and effective management during a serious outage is extremely disappointing.
