Currently live here !
I’ve lived here going on a year, any issues I’ve had whether big or small. It’s always been handled in a reasonable time and manner. Recently got under new management and I feel like this upgraded the place a lot. Easy to get in touch with managers. They also work with you if necessary which I appreciate !

Ayrsley Landing is very professional. Very concerning and helpful about any issue going on in the residence apartment. Mrs Nyla Brown is very nice, and friendly.

Perfect location in park like setting near CLT Airport!
This is a great location; so close to everything! The CLT airport, Uptown, and Lake Wylie are all just a few miles away! It’s nice that it’s located at a dead end, so there is very little traffic noise!
