Avoid.. Trash is all over the place!

Avoid this place.. The residents leave their trash all over the property and not in the dumpster. Ride through here on a Sunday and you'll see what I mean.

Also, the management doesn't enforce lease restrictions and allow Pit Bulls in here. Kids are always playing and i'm all the time worried one is going to go after them. One of the dogs isn't even on a leash.

Terrible apartment, terrible service

terrible apartment, there’s trash everywhere outside, laundry rooms don’t work or barely do when in service. Water doesn’t work properly in all units, bugs everywhere and not just roaches all types of bugs. A/C issues and maintenance will act like it’s not an immediate issue unless you’re bombarding them. Walls are very thin you can hear in apartments up under you.

Hasn’t been a good experience. Apartment not in good condition. AC broke first week. Constantly sweeping dead bugs. Have to pay for package delivery only for them to be stolen. Make you pay for trash valet only to see trash piles.
