A very nice place to live.

Berewick Pointe is a terrific place to call home. The community has really nice amenities for residents to enjoy.

The facilities are well maintained and there is a sense of community here. The staff is always helpful, friendly and professional..

I recommend it to everyone I talk to when they ask where I live.

Office staff has great customer service

The office staff are professional and have great customer service. The property is clean and well maintained. Maintenance are on top of things and complete work orders the same day. I definitely recommend Berewick Pointe Apartments to anyone who is looking for a new home.

Luxury Apartments

I really love this area. The apartment is very spacious, the workers are friendly and professional especially with the new management, and work orders are done in the same day! That is very rare from what I am used to. I highly recommend this property.
