Dont Lease Here

We moved in 2021 and wish I would have never moved here. The carpet in the halls are never cleaned, they are filthy, the halls stink from all the dogs, and the tenants are extremely loud. No need to complain because they will not do anything to help with any issues. If you go to them they look at you like your bothering them.The machines in the fitness center have been broken since I been here.The staff changes constantly and is uninterested in trying to solve any problems you may have.

Very disappointing

This property gets 1 star for location but it’s down hill after that.
It’s filthy here. The stairwell always has trash, residents don’t clean up after pets and there is an abandoned car in the parking deck that is covered in dirt!
The loud music is insane. It literally sounds like thunder and absolutely nothing has been done about it.
I can’t wait until my lease is up.

The Lowrie is THE place to live in Ballantyne!

Absolutely love the Lowrie! They are constantly adding new amenities that go above and beyond previously added perks. From Wine Wednesday to additional other holiday or resident focused get-togethers they are always going above and beyond as a staff. Incredibly friendly and helpful group that is dedicated to making the residents stay here as awesome as possible. I love everything about the Lowrie!
