Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy
Hands down, the worst apartment complex l've ever rented at. Leasing management gets nothing done in a timely manner, or they can’t even answer the phone at very least. They take no responsibility for theft that occurs at their property (had 8 packages stolen out of the mail room). I've made complaints about the dirty hallways, but it seems to go unnoticed since the leasing office itself is always nice and clean. Pest control requests and work orders go without completion for months. The pool... was swamp green with organisms growing at the bottom for the vast majority of last summer. Not to mention, during the warm months of the year gnats infest the building. I went without A/C for 4 months because maintenance couldn't figure out how to fix the issue. The entrance for the "gated" parking lot was left open for months at a time without being fixed, leaving the parked cars subject to theft and robbery. There was a homeless man sleeping on the ground in the hallway 2 weeks ago because the doors to the building are left propped open for anyone to enter. I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
