Join the Brighton Family

A truly wonderful place to live. Nice neighbors that have become more than family. The manager is great and takes all issues seriously. She takes good care of the property, and sometimes works outside the office cleaning around and creating a decent atmosphere for the tenants. The kids have a place to play and that makes me very happy. The neighborhood is safe and has been since I moved in now over 10 years. I truly have been blessed living here.

Great Apartments!

I am so happy with Brighton Place! I was afraid of the traffic of Charlotte when I moved, but Brighton Place is conveniently located close to work, and is tucked away in a nice neighborhood. I love the trees and beautiful flowers outside, and the apartments themselves are roomy. I had to get an apartment short notice, and they were able to turn around the apartment with new carpet and paint in 4 days after the previous tenant moved. Carol and the whole team here are so nice and helpful! Problems… get fixed fast!
I am happy to call this place home, and will be renewing my lease after a year, for sure!

Amazing!!!

I have lived here for about 6 months. They worked with me when I moved in, are always very nice whenever I have anything to go to them about, and always prompt at fixing issues. I have lived in some pretty noisy apartments, and was happy to find Brighton Place to be quiet and nicely kept. I am so happy I signed a lease with Brighton Place, and plan to resign when my lease runs out.

Awesome place to live.

Office staff and maintenance are great and pronto, to assist you, my work orders are done in time and office manager always friendly to you they keep the ground property nice. I been here for a few years. And I recommed Brighton place!

Current tenant

Renting here was suppose to be temporary! Fortunately for my family, we have enjoyed the small community setting and the neighborhood, we have stayed much longer. I will recommend this community especially because of a wonderful staff Carol! She is a great example of what to expect from a manager courteous and friendly. I have witnessed her clean up snow and ice off the cars off elderly tenants. I also appreciate her timely maintenance resolution in my unit. she gained my trust when she… determined a service request I had placed could be taken care of by doing it herself. She inspired me that day to not panic "just yet" when my key does not turn. Most importantly she gave us peace of mind because we did not have to wait until the next day for the maintenance person to get the work order. Thank you Carol for making us feel at home.
