I would like to say thank you to Mary the leasing consultant that worked with me.
I must say she’s a true definition of a person that’s dedicated and goes above and beyond her duties. She provided exceptional customer service , always has a smile and always polite. I can’t thank her enough for working tirelessly to make sure my application was done correctly and everything was good.Again thank you Mary . Just keep doing what you are doing and u will reach far.

Trash isn't always picked up as scheduled and you're forced to pay for the service. Then, when the trash is finally picked up, they leave a trail of trash behind on the steps, breezeways and in in the streets. Vehicles are constantly broken into frequently. Management is not the greatest. Constant attitude. I wish i had chosen a better complex. This complex is a major disappointment.

If I could leave 0 stars I would this place is horrible they tow ur car unlawfully. Vehicles get broken into. Management is disrespectful and rude. Nichole verbally told me they could “careless about me being a disabled veteran that anit got nun to do with her” after they unlawfully towed my vehicle, worst place to live go take your hard earned money somewhere else. Hate it here can’t wait to leave.

So I have been a resident for over a year now and this has by far been one of the best experiences I’ve had living within this community! The amenities are nice, valet trash is reliable and the office team is great! Thanks to Ms. Nichole for always insuring that my leasing office visits are welcoming and supportive! Would highly recommend.

Horrible complex! We just moved here in August 2024. In September 2024, my car was broken into. We contacted the leasing office and their response was "there is nothing we can do." We asked if they could get nighttime security or security cameras to prevent this in the future, but they refused. On today (November 2024), I get up to go to work and my car was gone. It had been towed because the tow company "couldn't see" my handicap sticker due to the tint in my window being too dark. I am now... forced to pay $370 to get it out. I am so fed up with this complex. Trash is always overflown, the complex constantly reeks of dog poop, and the walls are so thin you can hear what your neighbor is watching on tv. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Like you, we were drawn in by the price and location, but you'll quickly learn that it's not at all what it seems to be. Read More
