My move-in experience at this apartment has been excellent from start to finish. Paytawn was incredibly professional, welcoming, and responsive, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. All questions were answered promptly, and the lease details, utilities, and move-in instructions were explained clearly and thoroughly.
On move-in day, everything was perfectly organized. The keys were ready on time, and the apartment was spotless and move-in ready. All appliances were in great working... condition, and the unit was well maintained.
The building itself is clean, modern, and well maintained, and the common areas are inviting and comfortable. Parking and building access are convenient, and the neighborhood feels safe and peaceful.
Overall, this has been one of the best move-in experiences I’ve had. I’m very happy with my new home and would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience.

Love it all! The proximity to restaurants and stores is great. Very convenient to work and Top Golf makes it better. I appreciate the convenience of being right by the highway.

Besides having the worst upstairs neighbor.. living here has been pretty cool no real complaints just wish ppl were more considerate of community living .

So far so good. I have been living here for a total of 6 days, and everything has been smooth within what we can control. Anytime there is a problem or dilemma, the staff has been responsive, and issues get handled with urgency and enthusiasm, regardless of the clear stress and overwhelm of the workload. If you are someone who likes privacy and quiet, this is your location. Even though Top Golf is nearby, the community is actually balanced by the faint atmospheric music and cheers from over... there. Overall, the Finley seems to be a comfortable spot that seems to prioritize quality of living.
