Perfect home for me. Modern, safe & secure.

I seriously love living here. The staff are incredibly kind and always helpful, which makes a huge difference day to day. The people in the building are great too — it’s a mix of young adults and families. I'm 22 years old and in school and working. There’s this really nice, diverse vibe that feels welcoming and alive.

The apartments themselves? Gorgeous. Everything’s brand new, with high ceilings and massive windows that let in tons of light. It feels spacious, modern, and clean. I instantly… felt like I was at home.

Highly recommend

I absolutely love living here! The management team is truly amazing they’re always friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. They constantly go above and beyond to make sure all residents have the best renters experience possible. There are so many fun events planned throughout the year, which really make it feel like home and a great place to meet neighbors. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in South End! Great location, amazing management staff, great rent… prices, and safe and welcoming atmosphere!

Co-living Experience

I’ve been living in one of the 4-bedroom co-living units and it’s been a great experience so far. I moved to Charlotte from abroad, and Meg was super helpful and accommodating with getting everything set up—it made a stressful process a lot easier. The apartment came fully furnished, including kitchen equipment, which was really convenient. The building is new and having office space on every floor is nice for working from home.

I LOVE it here!!!

I moved in almost 3 months ago and absolutely love it here. New to Charlotte and didn’t really know which area to live in, but this apartment’s location could not be better. Walking distance to so many things (food, drinks, rail trail, right next to light rail) On top of that the staff here is incredible and really goes above and beyond for us! The apartment building has monthly events where we get to have food/drinks, play games, and make friends with our neighbors. Bonuses are that the… building is always clean, 6th floor balcony is beautiful, & area feels very safe.

Super clean and great location

Recently moved to Charlotte and this was our first appointment. From the time we entered the building I was impressed. Super clean and the leasing agent, Meg was amazing. After touring several apartments we knew it was going to be a top contender. We signed that day. Everyone is super friendly. Close to the lite rail and the rail trail. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We love the rooftop common area and often meet other residents there. Every month there is an event specifically… for the residents such as breakfast or paint and sips or food truck night. It’s a great place to live.
