Refunds
My original concern was about the refund of my application money after being denied. The payment was processed quickly, but I was told it could take up to three weeks to receive my refund, and this was not clearly explained beforehand.
After raising this concern, I received a call from a manager who was extremely rude and unprofessional. During the call, I was told that I had an attitude and that I should be ashamed of myself for making what was called a petty complaint. I was also told that my... refund could be expedited if I chose not to leave a review. When I stated that I still intended to leave an honest review based on my experience, the manager became angry and continued speaking in an inappropriate and disrespectful manner.
I do not know the individual’s name, so I do not want the wrong person held responsible, but this call came from Linx Apartments management.
This experience was unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed, that my refund be processed promptly, and that steps be taken to ensure future applicants and residents are treated with respect.
