Warning for the new tenants

I’ve been living in this apartment community in Charlotte, NC, and since mid-September 2025 there has been constant loud noise in my bedroom area, continuing day and night. I’ve reported it many times with videos showing date and time, but management has not provided any permanent solution.

In addition, I’ve had repeated pest problems inside my unit. The management sent pest control several times, but the issue keeps coming back.

I’m sharing this to raise awareness and warn potential tenants... .
This review reflects my honest and personal experience as a tenant.

Avoid at all costs

Great location, however I recommend staying far away from this property. The negative reviews you find online are all true. These dated, dirty apartments are filled with mold, cockroaches, and non-functioning appliances. I do not recommend taking your chances here. If you value health and well-being, do not consider this property.

quiet enjoyment :-)

The apartment is big and reasonable for the monthly fee. It's quiet and beautiful in this gated community so me and my family feels safe. The leasing agents are helpful and patient. They addressed my concerns well. *2 thumbs up*

Very nice community!

Everyone at the office is always nice and helpful! They always fix things immediately for me.
All the people that live here are wonderful including those on the staff. I think the landscaping and general apartment complex is beautiful!

THIN FLOORS-EXTREMELY LOUD

The floors POUND and SQUEAK loudly. It sounds like an overly exaggerated horror film ALLLLL DAY. The floors above EVERY resident are extremely loud. The apartment shakes. It is unbearable. The flooring was clearly poorly constructed. It’s a beautiful property with large floor plans, but I would never live here unless I were on the 3rd floor and had no one above me. So…hard pass on a lease renewal. This is an issue that has not been addressed yet everyone complains. It’s miserable.
