    Do not live here!

    The apartment was not move-in ready when we got there. Gum under the counters, blood-stained mattress, tears and footprints on the ceilings, and dirty underwear left by previous residents. The apartment looked nothing like the show room. My ceiling flooded my bathroom twice and our washer broke no less than 5 times over the year. The appliances are old and our oven fell apart multiple times. The back gate was working maybe 10% of the time I lived here. The only saving grace is the proximity to… the school and the maintenance crew. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
