Everyone, staff and neighbors, have been so kind. The move-in process was extremely easy. The property and its amenities are updated and clean. Maintenance is quick and friendly. Overall been a wonderful experience thus far.

Lived here for going on two years and in my two years here a new company bought out the old, I never realized how much the old company was “slacking” cause they were great also! But the new management is phenomenal, they came in and made changes that may seem little but has a great effect on the residents for example taking out the carpet in the halls and putting vinyl flooring, this makes the complex over all cleaner and look really nice. They are constantly finding ways to connect with... residents and making it easy for residents to connect with eachother during events they hold. Any maintenance issue is always fixed same day or early next morning. They do a great job at keeping the community clean and maintained. If there is ever an issue or an update they send out emails to keep everyone informed. I honestly have nothing to complain about when it comes to management and the maintenance team.

NoDa flats is improving. As a new resident to North Carolina there are so many new apartment developments to choose from. There’s so much competition. I hope the fire pit is working so I can enjoy the cold winter nights.
