There is absolutely no parking. My building has 18 units and there’s only eight regular parking spots and two handicap spots which are used regularly by everyone because there is no other places to park. There’s only one dumpster that is at the bottom of the complex that is always over four. There are no amenities like a fitness center, which I knew beforehand, but they are not offering anything other than a modern apartment with no parking. There are people with 2 to 3 cars, but even if... everyone only had one car there is still not enough spaces to park for your building very frustrating.
