Oak Tree Apartments and Townhomes

I move here on the premise that since this was a newly renovated neighborhood that it would be a lot quieter and cleaner. And for at least 2 years it was. I liked the fact that not too many people knew about this place. But over the past year or so it has deprecated so much because of the newer residents that have moved in. Trash is consistently overflowed being that theres only two garbage dumpsters for the ENTIRE neighborhood. Theres not enough parking and people are parking 2 or 3 of their… own cars at a time here. Power consistently goes out especially on rainy days. The cable package they have is complete garbage and a waste of money. Vinyl sliding is starting to hang off the side of the buildings. Residents kids keep leaving their toys and bikes in the middle of breezeways, parking lot and the street where you drive in. Loud engines, music and loud people talking at all times of the night. People grilling and bring smoke into the complex when its clear they not suppose to. It has become a complete mess. Management is clearly just letting anyone in at this point and when you address the issues to them they dont do much to rectify it because it gets right back to being dirty, crowded, and loud again. They keep threatening people to empty trash and not smoke and swear they have cameras but they do not work. Only thing that has been good was that i moved in on a year discount, so i got more room for a better price, but its starting to not be worth it to stay because im sure its about to get a lot worse. They didnt even clean up the apartment when i first moved in. As soon as my lease is up and I can find something better and financially reasonable im leaving this place. Read More
