Pavilion Village is a wonderful place to live. The complex is very safe. There is plenty of lighting on the property at night.. It is very quiet and peaceful at night. The maintenance crew works very fast at repairing things in your apartment.

I’ve been here since October 2025. I have no complaints. I enjoy how responsive the staff is here, and the communication overall is very transparent. This complex is by far one of the best I’ve lived in.

This is the first time I have lived in an apartment and it I am very pleased so far LoL it hasn’t been a month yet. maintenance response to work orders within 24 hours for non emergencies a plus.. The only thing is individuals with pets not cleaning up after them. Someone let their dog relieve itself on the walk way and left it.. ???? its not a normal thing around here!!!!
