Don’t Be Fooled

This apartment complex plays out like it is really nice. But if you actually look at it you see the landlord special. There are stair railings that are broken, dryer vents falling off and full of lint, and more. You can see where they painted over things and didn’t fix it. They try to cover it up with offering ice cream or social events, but I’d make sure you did a very detailed walk thru of the apartment before signing a lease.

Great apartments to live.

I have spent two wonderful years in this community. It’s peaceful, clean, and secure—truly a great place to call home. The amenities are excellent, and any concerns I had were always addressed promptly. A big thank you to Ariana, Kiana, and Germy from the leasing office for their outstanding support
Hopefully, the move-out process will be just as smooth.

Check your vents for mold

Multiple units have mold in their vents. Maintenance does as little as possible to “fix” apartments up and put them back up for rent. The new lead maintenance guy is not qualified for the job and doesn’t treat his coworkers very well.
