Great service and hospitality.

The way I was welcomed was amazing, they took their time to explain everything, took me round the complex and showed me all I needed to see and even what I was curious about. The apartments are neat and nice.
I'm new to Charlotte and it's my first time looking around. Karla knows the residents by their names and said hi to them as we walked around.
Looking forward to staying there

Love it here !

Just renewed again ! Another year. Amazing people working at the offices. Property manager is very responsible. Always ready to help you out on anything you need. We are very happy and grateful for all of them . Maintenance is always fast to response. I highly recommend . Thank you !

Beautiful apartments and refreshing!!

My tour at Providence Court apartments was enjoyable and refreshing. I liked the open floor plan with the quartz island countertops. I really liked the white cabinets and the nice closets. The staff were very friendly and pleasant; and answered all my many questions! Kudos to the staff!!

Beautiful apartments!

After touring multiple other apartments, I landed at Providence Court and found “home”. If I had started with this development, I would have cancelled the other tours. Karla was absolutely fantastic with showing me multiple floor plans, providing thorough information, and doing her very best to accommodate my preferences. The grounds and apartments are very well maintained and everyone I have met is friendly. It is so refreshing to finally find a place where the staff genuinely cares about the... residents and take pride in the condition of the community.

Love living here

Providence court has been so amazing to myself and my family. We moved here in Feb 2024 and just renews for another year. The complex is beautiful and very safe. My daughter is 9 and absolutely loves it here. But for me the main reason why this place is so awesome is the office staff. I could go on for days about their professionalism and their level of compassion and care that they ALL have. From the moment I came in to tour to now they have been so helpful and amazing. They genuinely care and... want to help you. Thank you for all you do! Also shout out to the maintence team. They are awesome and very efficient. I love living here and thank you again!
