Overall, I have had a great experience with proximity! Aside from some stinky neighbors and the occasional loud music coming from above me, Id say my experience has been pretty great. Everything is clean and well maintained. The pool seems to always be broken though. So that part’s unfortunate

I love Proximity. It’s clean, it’s easy on the eyes, and it feels welcoming. The overall community seems to work together to keep the place in shape. The amenities offered are nice to use and having 24/7 access is great. I have yet to use the food truck, or the group activities set via email, but I love the idea of it. Especially during the holidays.
