Convenient to work and affordable. Property is slowly getting some work done which is nice. Roofs were recently replaced and the addition to the playground is nice. So far everything I was told upon move in by the staff has been done. I will extend my lease unless I am transferred to another state.

This apt complex has a pool that is rare to be open unless you rent it for party. Also big bug problem from day one. They only Care About getting your money in their pocket. They are rufe and act as if they are better then people attitude is unhelpful and worsens situations. Need NEW STAFF IMMEDIATELY

My fiance and I have been renting at Sharon Pines just under a year, and we enjoy living here. We rent a two-bedroom, which is affordable, nice and roomy, with a semi-private backyard area. The staff is very friendly, remember our names, and are usually quick to fix anything that needs attention (1-2 days). The apartment grounds are kept clean, which we enjoy. I've noticed that the management is working hard to keep the community great, we appreciate that alot.

This is an apartment for lower income tenants. I was in need of providing a home for my family of 5 and they helped me a lot. Not long after that my wife made a heartbreaking confession to me, made false accusations, took my three beatuiful baby girls.and the car. Needles to say, I lost my job. Now it is a matter of time before I lose this apartment, thereafter, lose shared custody of my children. Without a place for them to stay, I will hardly see them. I am devastated, and need a job to pay… the rent, etc. So I will be virtually homeless and I, as a man, living in NC in this situation unless you are on drugs or an alcoholic, there is no program to help. Also, I have no family or friends that can help, as they are struggling. Whatever programs are available are very low or depleted of funds. I feel that if I had won this contest, I would be able to rebuild my life and give my precious babies their father, and a safe and place to come to for visitation. Thank you.
