These apartments are very spacious. Stayed in a 3 bed room townhome. Older buildings that can show some age, but overall good experience.

Close to everything. Walk to Arboretum Shopping Center. Bus Stops closeby. Quiet. Reasonably priced.

We have lived in our 3 bedroom townhouse for 3 years. If you're looking for comfort, space, a quiet place to come home to after a hard day, is your place. No it's not glitzy or sleek, but charming and quaint. The office manager is tops and the maintenance crew are always at the quick and ready. Shopping center on one side and the Golf Course is our backyard and my husbands dream come true!!!

I was very impressed with the price and square feet for a three bedroom, two bath. I got to tour a two bedroom since the three bedroom was not available. I was not impressed with the inside as much as I was the outside community. It is very old and outdated. The fireplace, light fixtures, the whole kitchen, cracks in the pavement and walls....just not what I thought it would be, to be located near the country club. No pool/playground or workout center unless you want to pay a $1000 deposit and… monthly fees to the country club next door. I also think the qualification to even be approved is not sensible.
