Silverstone Apartments

If you have to move here because of cost then I understand but these apartments are old . If live on the 1st floor you better pray the people above you don't have kids because you can hear everything it sounds like they coming through the ceiling. The new property manager is a little better I will say that and has done a lot to get this place in order. The parking sucks actually is horrible. If you decide to move here I say use it as a stepping stone until something better comes along.

You’re better living in the apartments around, for the price they charge here! You get 5 star price for 0 star management! Manger is very rude and no help at all! No walk ins allowed in the office so be sure to schedule any problems your units gets! Property un kept and very crime ridden! Definitely would not recommend! Just ask anybody that lives here!

Under new management but sadly they don’t listen to what you have to say. If you have Any problems/questions current manager “onsite” (they’re never there) will yell at you and even slam doors in your face. Maintenance around the property is pretty bad, lawn never mowed And trash everywhere. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT MOVE HERE! 0 out 5 stars if I could.

I love the resident manager Tatiana at Silverstone. She is so pleasant & has such a great attitude about keeping our neighborhood safe & clean. She always responds quickly to any concern I have. She is just an all around great manager to her residents.
