I’ve lived here going on a year, any issues I’ve had whether big or small. It’s always been handled in a reasonable time and manner. Recently got under new management and I feel like this upgraded the place a lot. Easy to get in touch with managers. They also work with you if necessary which I appreciate !

This is a great location; so close to everything! The CLT airport, Uptown, and Lake Wylie are all just a few miles away! It’s nice that it’s located at a dead end, so there is very little traffic noise!

This is one of the best places I have ever lived and since being in Charlotte this is my first ever apartment and it has changed since I have been here but that change was for the better since, I have stayed here my family and I noted that the staff and community is friendly and welcoming, I want to advocate for the pricing and amenities that comes with this property
