The Addison at South Tryon

Love the new look of the community and the responsiveness to all residents !!!

I moved to The Addison a week ago. Megan & Sabrina were both very responsive and eager to assist (especially via email). Megan is the amazing, as well as the gentleman that I believe is a manager. They are both very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Megan gave me a breakdown of everything and ensured that she explained everything thoroughly. There weren't any available studios to view at the time, so she sent me a video and she committed to contacting me when one became available to show. On… the video alone, I decided to apply on a Saturday and was informed that I was approved on Monday (talk about swift!). She stuck to her word though and showed me a unit, and I was very impressed! We emailed a number of times on different occasions before I moved in (I committed to this property 2.5 months before moving in) and each time Megan and the rest of the staff were very humble, dedicated, and personable. There were even renovations and a "facelift" done from when I first inquired lol. I would encourage prospective tenants to move here because the apartments are conveniently located, and thus far everything has been fun, safe, and rewarding. There are seasonal/holiday gatherings (I was invited to participate in the National Puppy Day event), snacks when you enter the office (even puppy treats), and a very clean facility! Moved in 3 months ago to Addison. Lauren was freaking amazing answer all my question was quick to respond to my emails before moving in. Which was super helpful as I travel a lot for work and was not always able to call. On the day of move in everything went quickly and smoothly no issues. They made sure everything was perfect on move in. It was great to do the move in walk thought for any issues with the head of maintenance. As with all apartments have thin walls. For me being on the first… floor I almost never hear my neighbors at all even the one above me. Typically, I only ever hear anything is when people let their doors slam shut. So here for me its quiet I guess this all depends on your neighbors. Due to my job I am up different hours of the night and day and never really see anyone outside at night. You may not always park out-front of your building because parking is a bit of a premium which the have parking stickers but no reserved spots. I did found out that the poor reviews were from when it was an old management company and staff was here.The new management and staff are differently working hard to make sure people know. Mathan our leasing agent was amazing. Helped us find the apartment we needed in four days. Went above and beyond for us. Staff was very helpful with all the questions we've have. From Long Island New York. It was very important for me to get a clean and spacious place. This apartment has everything I needed the pool and cafe lounge are beautiful! 10 min from the city of Charlotte and the airport! Thank You again Mathan!
