love love this place

I moved in June 2025 without any hassle. The process was easy. I applied online. Got approved right away. I didn’t have to pay a deposit because of my credit score. The staff here is amazing very friendly & accommodating. I moved from California to North Carolina with a 7 yr old. so finding a good apartment was important for me considering I moved from a 4 bdrm, 2 bath house. The location & everything is perfect. Everything for me is within a 5 mile radius. I do plan on renewing my lease come... this August which is right around the corner. Great community all around. Now I’m helping my brother in-law look for a place here. Thank you Addison & staff… Shy

AMAZING PROPERTY!!!

“Impressed from the Start!”

From the moment I toured The Addison One15, I was blown away! The property is absolutely beautiful — everything feels modern, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. The amenities are top-tier, especially the resort-style pool and the resident lounge. It honestly feels more like a luxury hotel than an apartment community.

What really stood out to me, though, was the staff. From my first inquiry, the leasing team was incredibly warm, responsive, and informative. They... took the time to walk me through every step of the process, answered all my questions, and made me feel truly welcome. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in the community.

I’ve toured several places, but The Addison One15 set the bar. I can’t wait to call this place home!

Poor Customer service

I called this community prepared with questions for leasing information and the young lady that took my call was rude. First impressions are EVERYTHING. I was simply gathering the necessary information as to apply, but I will look elsewhere. This young lady has no business in customer service.
