Horrid

This place is infested with roaches the management is trash the swimming pool has not been functional for 6 years it's horrible to live here. I've been here for only a couple months and I already ready to move out.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

This place is absolutely disgusting infested with roaches inside and outside.The power and water go out frequently! You also hear gun shoots every night, fearing for your life every time you go outside.Not to mention management here are absolute terrible!!!!The Best day ever would be when i finallly leave this place!!

Welcome to the jungle!

Welcome to Montclaire Estates! The place where we will make your worst housing nightmares come true!
Are you looking for a place with:
High crime rate, including burglary and robbery?
Loud music all night long?
Bed bugs and roaches infestation?
Constantly turning of the water with no previous notice?
Faulty or not working heater or AC?
Mold?
Rude employees that yell at your face?
Faulty washer and dryer that will eat your money up (we even put in some human excrements inside of one as bonus… with no extra charge)?
Extra charges in your rent without notice?
Towing of your car for no reason?
We got it all!!!
And more: the pool has not been opened for the past 3 years, the fitness equipment rarely work and we will not provide you an email address for requests or complains because that's how much we care about you!
And do not worry about a thing! We will make sure every service request you put in will not be dealt with in a timely manner and you will probably have to contact the authorities if you want to try to get anything done!
This is the place for you!!!

Worst place ever

Have lived here for 3 years and the worst place ever to live. Its nasty and have big problems with bugs. New management every couple months it seems like. They make u wait months to get a work order completed. I can not wait for my lease to be up. The pool have been opened for like 1 week in the past 3 years. For what it looks like we pay way to much for rent.

Montclaire Estates...441 Arrowood Rd....Charlotte, NC 28217

Love it here at Montclaire Estates. Old complex w/lots of room between buildings.
Trees and grass abounds. Each apt. has outside entrence/patio.
