The maintenance workers... (Verified Renter)

The maintenance workers were prompt and identified the issues. The doorknobs are constantly calling off and need to be replaced. This is a new property however the appliances and decor are cheap

My only concern is that the upkeep of the neighborhood is not enforced. Trash in the yards, toys left out in the yard, As well as other items placed in the yard is bringing down the value of the neighborhood.
