Great maintenance

We just moved in and had a few maintenance requests. Tyson was great and fixed everything the next day, even when we added on a couple last minute requests! Loving the apartment so far!

Great Community

I moved here last year and love it. The staff is helpful and friendly and the maintenance staff is awesome. Carlos is professional, friendly and great.

Home Sweet Home

We just sign our 4th lease at The Links and couldn't be any happier.....We LOVE calling The Links HOME :)
These apartments are bright, the kitchen is amazing and have GREAT closets. Everyone from management to maintenance are wonderful. Weather you're looking for a place temporarily or for the long run, The Links Rea Farms is the place!!

Not worth it

If you work from home or want a peaceful place to live, do not choose this apartment. They will walk you around and show you a unit, however not disclose the many events that happen on the greenway or the loud cars that drive up and down the streets. AND beware of renting an apartment by the trash compactor areas. There are no designated times trash is picked, so you will hear loud waste collectors and their trucks at ALL HOURS of the day and night. How is it that a trash collector comes on a… Sunday night at 1AM? It happens, and the leasing office may say it is a third party and they are unable to advise them when to pick up but do not believe the hype.

Enjoyed my time here and highly recommend

Great location (walking to Harris Teeter, Whole Foods Market, many restaurants, and Life Time!), spacious units with true 10 ft. ceiling, friendly and helpful staff. I enjoyed my time here in the past year or so. Sadly had to move due to work relocation to out of state.
