Thrive at University City Apartments

DO NOT MOVE HERE..there have been several incidents that occurred on this property. No, management does not have control over it, however, they are refusing to put in cameras, hallway gates, or any type of equipment to ensure the resident’s safety. Bullets are flying while children are outside playing, broad day light (no email was sent to residents). Over 6 vehicles have been STOLEN from this property in the month of august (during the day). Metro University City is a pretty kool place to stay I really like the atmosphere.

I also didn’t believe this was a real place when we looked online. After moving in it was better than we expected. This was definitely the right place for us!

Units are beautiful and the location is great. Right next to the Lynx, provides and ease when going around town.

This is my second year as a tenant and enjoy what's available within walking distance (Postal Service, Bus/Rail system, Walmart, and etc.).
