Terrible customer service
I reported a serious privacy concern involving a maintenance entry into my unit. Instead of conducting a transparent review, management denied the issue outright.
Whether intentional or not, the situation has impacted my trust and sense of security in my own apartment.
Residents deserve to feel comfortable knowing their personal belongings will be respected during maintenance visits.
I encourage future residents to ask detailed questions about entry policies and oversight procedures.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We take matters regarding resident privacy and trust very seriously and would like the opportunity to review this situation further. If you are willing, please contact the leasing office directly and provide... additional details so we can properly look into your concern. Please reach out at (704) 527-1414 so we can assist. Additionally, regarding the timing of your review, if you are referring to unit entry related to our recent REAC inspection, please note that units were selected at random by HUD on the day of the inspection. While we were not able to notify each selected unit individually that day, two prior email notices were sent to all residents outlining the inspection dates and advising that a portion of units would be chosen. We understand how important it is to feel secure and respected in your home, and we are always happy to answer any questions about our entry policies and procedures.
