Management doesn't run this this well.
Looks great from the outside, but this apartment has a lot of issues management refuses to address.
- Coffee machine is only available during leasing office hours, sometimes not at all.
- Pool does not get cleaned
- Pool is advertised as heated. It is not.
- Trash does not get picked up on a consistent basis.
- Amenities have "closing" times where they are locked off.
- Lobby store carries expired products.
- Pool bathrooms have no internal locks (anyone can enter).
Apartment has a heavily... moderated "Resident Portal/Forum" where residents can post about their issues -- These post either get deleted by the moderators or ignored fully.
Management hopes residents only post their issues to the internal portal, but since they either delete or refuse to address those concerns I feel a need to post this directly on the apartments reviews.
