Walden Station Apts

There is a million things I could say, but the most deciding factor for where I rank Walden Station comes from their current property manager, Rory.

She is incredibly lazy, rude, unprofessional, and lacks any accountability or job etiquette. If BIP cares at all about how their company is represented or how their properties are run, I highly urge them to consider terminating this employee.

The pricing is extremely predatory especially for what the apartments have to offer. They are renovating... half of the property currently but are not even replacing the most out-of-date and unreliable things: the appliances. The appliances are old, cheap, and really gross.

If you care about your privacy, then don't come here. There have been multiple instances where the maintenance team has entered my apartment without knocking and without prior notice. Was entirely willing to let a student die because in the emergency they wanted to put a boot on his car that was there to take a severely injured student to the hospital and then when question about it to remove said boot in the emergency Walden staff do not care and will not assist even when the student has everything from broken bones, to bleeding profusely from the face and body. Fine enough apartment but they will actively try to screw you over at every turn and in the case of an emergency... will not, and don’t care to help at all. this place is a great place to live. it's close to just about everything, the prices are unbeatable and it's also a safe environment. I'd recommend this location to anyone
