They are loaded with mold and have audio and video on the lease, yet they don't have security cameras outside.
They have audio and video on the lease, which I don't remember signing that. They are also loaded full of mold. The mold gets masked by paint and bleach. They told me they came to take care of it, but it was just covered up by bleach. They mask it like a DV mask abuse in a court of law. The nice lady at the office quit, so did the nice maintenance guy. I am not surprised they can't keep people here. I mean the audio and video part of the lease is seriously creepy. I ventured out to speak to... other tenants about the mold and they said it's everywhere. From what the maintenance guy told me, the vents in the bathroom don't even lead outside, they just lead into the ceiling.
