Toured the place, it was SUPER NICE. I signed that evening, and I am really excited about moving to the eversons.

The place was clean, the staff were lovely. Its a very inviting and warm place, it didn't feel intimidating.

Love the atmosphere in the warm weather. Parking is available most of the time right in front of where I live. The pool is amazing to tan by.

Honestly poor ventilation, higher rent than what it’s worth, moisture collects an insane amount, especially when i run my dryer. Nice view tho

I’ve really enjoyed living at Everson Apartments. Overall, the community is generally quiet, which makes it a comfortable place to relax and focus. One thing I especially appreciate is the variety of engagement opportunities they offer, there’s usually something going on that helps residents feel involved and connected. The free events and giveaways are also a nice bonus and show that they put effort into creating a positive living experience. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home.
