Poor staff treatment during family tour.
Today, my wife, newborn, and mother in law visited Amavi today for a scheduled tour. We loved the homes and pricing there. We were looking move in as soon as possible, but my wife forgot her id but all of our info was online when we applied. I’m an army and civilian firefighter so I was not present due to work schedules. The staff lady was very rude to my family and treated them like they didn’t exist and she even help out a lady who didn’t even have an appointment and showed up after us. And... told my wife to “ just do a self guided tour”. And when my wife came back just to thank her and ask more questions she looked at her and said “I’m on the phone.” My wife was very upset and in tears when called me. I will be contacting management TODAY! I wish I was there for my family and she didn’t even give us her name. We were stuck between today 2 places to live but after today that choice became so much easier. I’m not going to say it was a race thing but I can’t help to feel that way. I dont serve to be disrespected in my own country. I pray they put her in some more training on how to be a human being.

Hi there,
I'm truly sorry to hear about your family's experience during their visit. We strive to provide a welcoming environment for everyone, and it's concerning to hear that this wasn't the case. Your feedback is important, and we would love to... meet with you to discuss this. We will continue to reach out directly to set up a time. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
