Good place

I had the pleasure of living at The Chandler Apartments for four years, and it was truly one of the best living experiences I’ve had. It is one of the best communities to live in — very safe, well-maintained, and peaceful.

The entire team is extremely competent, professional, and always kind. They genuinely care about the residents and work hard to keep the property in excellent condition.

I highly recommend The Chandler Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure place to call... home.

Cozy apartments and great location!!

Loving my cozy apartment, I really enjoy the fireplace and balcony with view to the pool. Very convenient location with shopping centers in the area and super close to Duke. Maintenance is very responsive and the office staff are very friendly and helpful.

DONT DO IT

do not live here. Management does nothing at all. my apartment flooded on christmas and nobody would help. I called the office and the management of the apartment complex knightvest and they didnt give me any information on anything they just left me for a month with no carpet or flooring.
