Worst apartment complex I have ever lived at
Incredibly inflexible management who will not bend the rules even when it is their own fault. For example, when I moved in I provided all of the proper documentation upfront (proof of insurance, driver's license, etc. to get a parking pass. They were unable to provide a parking pass and so they gave me a guest pass. I then had to get a new guest pass every couple of days until I ran out of my "allowed guest pass days." Than I ended up having to pay for parking elsewhere (roughly a mile away)... all before they finally figured out the parking thing.
In short, lets just say there is a reason this complex is known as the place that out of state people move into and move out after their lease is up.
