Forest Pointe

We have relocated to the area and visited many other apartments living spaces. Hands down, it was easy to call Forest Pointe our new home.

What a breath of fresh air it was to have a warm welcome from Katina and Susan. The leasing staff are delightful to work with. My first visit to the office was on a Saturday, fifteen minutes before closing and Katina took her time with me as if I was the first guest to arrive. I have seen many units and had both walk throughs with Susan and Katina. The units… are spacious, amenities are top notch, and the landscaping is clean and very well kept. We are so excited to join the Forest Pointe Family.

Great living , great staff. Very Close to downtown Durham , and grocery stores. The staff is always friendly and whenever you have issues they take care of things immediately. The grounds are kept well and they provide social events like cookouts . There is also a community garden which is nice .

Office staff is always very friendly, and maintenance is on top of issues. Property is generally very well maintained and there are many great community events for residents to participate in.

Forest Pointe is an overpriced, poorly maintained and managed property. I've lived in some really terrible apartment complexes, but this certainly takes the cake. The manager of the complex is slow, unresponsive, and exhibits poor customer service with every dealing I've ever had. I once had my drinking water turn yellow, and never received any sort of response of whether it was safe to drink after calling the office, visiting the office, and sending the manager an e-mail. That was almost 6… months ago. This is also apparently a community that allows and encourages smoking! My apartment is currently so inundated with secondhand smoke that I find it uninhabitable, but management has decided that it is in reasonable order. Forest Pointe and their parent company, Apartment Dynamics, certainly have your health and well-being in mind during this COVID emergency.
