Within the first few days, multiple current residents greeted my partner and I into the space and made us feel so welcome. The office workers are stellar and are on top of everything. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy and well taken care of.

Great location great apartment

Location is fantastic, right in downtown Durham. The building is well-maintained and management is extremely responsive. I have had a few maintenance requests and every time they were fixed within a day or two. The amenities such as a gym and pool are also nice. The only negative is that many of the spots in the building's garage are quite narrow, so you get to practice pulling into tight spaces. Overall a great building and I am very happy I chose to live here.
