Shelley was the most wonderful person that we could’ve accidentally run into! She said that the assistant manager was having her baby (congrats!) and that she was doing a lot of the tours and such the day we went in. To be candid, she is what sold me on the apartment! Hearing her very honest opinion about the area, the apartments, and immediately looking out for my best interests from the get-go ensured me that this was the best place for me to move to. Unfortunately signing a lease here would be a gamble unless you tour the actual unit you will be living in. The apartment I was given was not move-in ready nor did it have the finishes advertised.

Great experience for a first time apartment, very friendly staff, and a short distance to Duke!

Very easy application process and move-in was straight forward.

I just recently moved in, so I don't have too much to say so far. But overall, it was a very smooth move-in experience. The area is quiet. Things in the apartment work fine, and maintenance was helpful too. The leasing agents at the front office are awesome! They're a very helpful resource whenever you have any issues. Looking forward to my time here!

Everything is uniq i love it . Very wellcoming stuff and they guid us with moving stuff it was a great Experince . On that day i came and ask for something to curry my stuff and they invite me and my kids with cofee and chocolate i was so excited and i have that fell with me unitl now Thank you .
