I don’t recommend
This was not a renovated apartment nor where the issues I asked to have fixed beforehand were not corrected beforehand. Was new carpet put down in this unit? High electric monthly charge for very little utility usage. Some electric outlets don’t don’t work upon move in. Why do I have to call to have these things fixed after moving in? Shouldn’t these all be a part of offering a new apartment to attend it?

Our apartmennt homes are inspected prior prior to a new resident moving in. The electrical outlets in the bedroom and living room are connected to the light switches. If you do no have your light switch in the "on" position, the electrical outlet... will not work. We do not control what Duke Energy charges or bills customers. If you check Duke Energy's website, you will find they charge a higher rate during the coldest and hostest times of the year. Per your lease agreement, if you find something in your apartment that is not working, it is your responsiblity to submit a work order through the resident online portal or call the office. If you wish discuss any issues you have your apartment, please call the office at 919-493-7487. LaSalle Pointe is a beautiful community. The exterior of LaSalle Pointe has been renovated, which included the installation of a car charging station and gazebo.
