Very mean
My mother passed, in November, these people would not allow me and my sisters in her apartment we couldn't get her things or hold a service at her home and it is now December and we still haven't been able to enter her apartment. No closer at all and the manager and her supervisor act as if they don't care very nonchalant and rude to my siblings and I. I pray no one ever treat them this way if they go through something this traumatic. I could only imagine how they treated my mom.
