Woodcroft Apartments

It's quite obvious the review posted under "Management" was posted by the "Management"...DUH....trying to cover up the other two bad reviews. The "Management" needs to definitely get rid of those bedbugs,incompetent attitude and shape up or ship out!

I was looking for a apartment for a family member that needs immediate housing and I called Village Oaks Apartments in Bladenboro, NC because that is where my family member is from. I spoke with the property manager Mrs. White which was very professional & helpful and she informed me that she had a one bedroom available but was not market ready quite yet but she also informed me she had a waiting list and i was more than welcome to come by and fill out a application and be placed on the waiting... list, as i talked to Mrs. White she informed me that the management company she works for also had a property in Elizabethtown, NC Woodcroft Apartments and Clarkton, NC Elm Tree apartmets and she provided me with Mrs. Stricklands information such as phone number, days/hours that she would be each complex . Mrs. Strickland is the property manager at both apartments Elm Tree and Woodcroft. I reached out to Mrs. Stickland and she was also very professional and helpful to me as well and very understanding she took time with me and explained to me everything i asked her .I couldn't ask for any better assistance that i received today from these two managers. The property manager is unprofessional, arrogant, sarcastic and very strange, to say the least. On the other hand, the building superintendent is highly professional and courteous. How the superintendent is able to work around this monstrosity of a manager is a miracle. The Brantley Properties Corporate Office in Greensboro, NC is unconscionable of the welfare of their apartment residents and the conduct of their property managers.

This apartment complex is crawling with Bed Bugs. The manager Phyllis knows about the bed bug problem and hasn't addressed the issue! Do Not Rent an apartment from here.
