Hear ye hear ye

I have a resident with this apartment complex for 4/5 years now. Under the new management I saw somehow good changes with certain management personnel and the worst where residents allows their visitors to take up parking area destined for residences where other residents cannot park close to their apartment. Just wait for the weekend for other guest come by the pool or visiting you somehow weird and your car paint is constantly scratched

Roaches and very dirty

Very poor conditioned complex. Pest control problems. Roaches in several buildings. Horrible management company. They don't fix things. Outdated units also in poor condition.

Not even close to luxury

I came here because I had to. Apartments do smell like smoke, no matter how much you clean and use plugins. Surrounding buildings are trashy and the gutters are literally hanging off the building in the back. The laundry room is down and the dumpster is 90% full or broken. Management is rude and it takes forever for maintenance to fix anything around here. They are raising rent and I will be out of here as soon as my lease is up.

Livable. No where near luxury

The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is the maintenance team helping me out within 24 hours. Other than that, my apartment smells like smoke despite me cleaning the walls, we've had lots of criminal incidents outside the building, and the rise of rent for a mediocre studio. Don't come unless you have to, which was my case.
