century oaks apartments

hi everyone.my wife and I moved in here a couple months ago.and it's a very good place to be if you have kids or not.apartments have been updated and very nice.its very quiet here and everyone that we have met here is like family and that's hard to find around here.its very well kept up.and the staff here is amazing.if your looking for a place you can walk to.. everything is here , shopping center nextdoor,Best buy,home Depot and lots more across the street..my wife and I love it here.im so… happy that we found these apartments..like I said,, family.and that is what everyone is here..come check us out and see for yourself..thank you so very much...

Century Oaks Apartments

I am a 60 year old Army Veteran and disabled, I moved here during hurricane Michael as I had lost my home and possessions to the flood. Gale the manager and her son Keith welcomed me with open arms and place me into my apartment the same day, without hesitation. I have been here a year and a half now and have received the very best from management. Gale and Keith care about the residents here and do all they can to make this a warm, safe and comfortable home for all. The property is well… maintained at all times and the pool sparkling. I have never trusted landlords, but have come to trust both Gale and Keith. You'll never find a better place to live, a better landlord or human being as I have found in Gale and Keith.
I will be in no hurry to leave.

I moved here 2 years ago from New York and I love it here and my apartment is spacious with good sunlight, a pool that is cleaned daily, and the grounds are cared for all year round. It is a quiet area, my neighbors are kind and respectful, and coming from a place that is noisy it is great to live in a peaceful community.

Management has always been kind, helpful, and is always willing to work with and help you anyway they can including repairs in your apartment or on the… grounds for your safety. I Intend to live here for a longtime because it is also easy access to shopping whether it is too the Freedom Mall or local stores in the area it's Great.
