Helpful staff

We needed to find an apartment for my son starting his first job in 2 weeks. After consulting local friends and visiting several places, we settled on the Cottages. Nataly was especially helpful, going beyond to make this happen. Somehow at the ABSOLUTE last min, we got everything completed so he could move in. We’ve been there different times of the day and so far, it’s always quiet. Convenient to everything you need and 10 min from downtown.

This community is very nice, they keep the grass cut, always on time when you call for a repair, good neighbors and ALL the office staff are great welcoming and have a excellent attitude. I have no complaints

So far it has been great! I enjoy living here, the neighborhood is in a decent area and it’s generally pretty quiet for the most part. We will definitely be staying at the very minimum 1 more year!
