Great experience! The front staff is friendly and inviting. The maintenance men are extremely helpful and timely. Everyone here is pleasant. The location is optimal for everything too

I move to Fayetteville with the military. I was coming from out of the country and Ms. Courtney helped me so much. English is not my first language and she was very nice and made sure I knew all the information. I am so happy in my home. And my neighbors are very nice. I will live here for all the years I am here.

Everyone was able to communicate and answer all of my questions. They also wrote down the difference between their townhome for rent and their apartments for rent, and they let me view both without doing any application right away. They were able to explain all the different features they offer, and also able to tell me about all the different discounts that they have going on for the month of April and may .
Very polite and courteous one of the representatives went out of her way to even help... me do the application, so that I do not mess up or miss out on anything.
